Days 14-18

Day 14: January 14, 2010. Old man winter is still forcing us to spend the majority of our time indoors, but the Wii is keeping us occupied.

Day 15: January 15, 2010. We have bowling leagues every Friday night, but you can see that my scores aren't very high. Still we managed to win four this past Friday and are tied for first place.

Day 16: January 16, 2010. We went out with my husband's parents today to eat and to a movie. We also made a quick stop by the bookstore and I picked up some new reading material to help me achieve my dream.

Day 17: January 17, 2010. More time at home. Precious still hangs tight to her one favorite toy.

Day 18: January 18, 2010. What a long Monday!! I have never been so glad to leave work and get back home.

Days 11, 12, and 13

Day 11: January 11, 2010. Little Sable is enjoying a new toy courtesy of our friends Jimmy and Lenore.

Day 12: January 12, 2010. Precious is also still enjoying her Christmas toys. However, this one is by far her favorite and she never wants to let it go. I've even caught her sleeping like this with her little paw on it.

Day 13: January 13, 2010. Little Sunny passed away this morning. He was my inlaws dog, but my husband still claimed him. He was such a sweet little dog and he will be greatly missed. It's so hard to say goodbye to our furry friends.

Day 8, Day 9, and Day 10

Day 8: January 8, 2010. Bowling leagues do not stop for the snow and Jimmy wears shorts regardless of the weather. Did I mention he also loves the snow?

Day 9: January 9, 2010. More snow. I'm so tired of winter already. These frigid cold temperatures and the snow dampers the spirits a bit.

Day 10: January 10, 2010. The only plus side to the terrible weather is spending so much time with my husband. We sure have enjoyed the down time together.

Day 7: January 7, 2010

Day 7: January 7, 2010. Another cold evening spent in doors curled up with Miss Sable on the couch. She's as happy as I am.

Day 5: January 5, 2010 and Day 6: January 6, 2010

Day 5: January 5, 2010. My little darling, Precious. The snow and cold has been keeping us at home a lot. I love to watch Precious sleeping because it's the only time she's sweet. Normally, she's a little crazy. She runs non-stop and randomly stops to bite my toes or fingers.

Day 6: January 6, 2010. Again, the snow and cold has put a damper on a lot of plans. This includes the holiday get together with my best girl friends. We were only missing a couple of us, but we still had a good time. We always do when we get together.

Day 4: January 4, 2010

Day 4: January 4, 2010. Not one of my best photos. It was taken in a hurry and while trying to learn some new settings. Regardless, I've been enjoying reading again since graduating. It's nice to have time to read for pleasure. These are the books that have my attention at the moment.

Day 2: January 2, 2010 and Day 3: January 3, 2010

Day 2: January 2, 2010. Brrrr....it was so cold here. We didn't venture outdoors much since the high for the day was only 17. We did have to make a quick trip to town and I snapped this photo on the road of more snow traveling up the mountain. It wasn't long before it made it's way down to our house.

Day 3: January 3, 2010. In keeping with my resolutions, I actually cooked breakfast this morning. The peanut butter cup pancakes were even yummier than they look.
